All bought in to culture and not what they are paid

Great ideas can come from anywhere and they truly embody this.

The transparency. I've never heard of a CEO who is so open and honest with Employees. I love that Stu and the other executives take time every day to address the whole organization.

The transparency they provide us! I've never heard of a company this size that is this open and honest with employees. We even start every day with a short meeting where we get direct updates from the CEO and our other executives. So refreshing!

We follow the requirements of the FLSA and we treat all employees the same regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity or sexual orientation.

Onboarding Manager made the onboarding experience stressful. She was not helpful with any assistance I needed. Throughout the entire process she was condescending, rude and disrespectful. The rest of the onboarding and training reps mirrored the behavior of the Onboarding Manager (to a lesser degree
