Everyone is willing to help each other
We're friends in and out of work. We have each other's backs at all time.
Since everyone is really happy to come to work, it creates a very positive and upbeat atmosphere. It's just better dealing with happy people who want to come to work, instead of people who dread being there. I don't know anyone who dreads being at KnowBe4.
They really do want to do the best for the company regardless of how they are being treated.

Over 90% of Knowsters are very happy in their roles and we are working to make that as close to 100% as possible! We are completely committed to caring for the physical & mental well-being of our team and even have departments dedicated to doing so.
