My alignment this the company is great but I only receive 3% merit increase. People with poor alignment may get 0-1%. There should be more incentive/compensation for those who are very strong alignment.

1) The starting pay for fresh graduate is not compatible with industry. 2) There is 1 year the increment % have been affected by the minimum wage policy, existing employee is getting less due to the % of increment has been taken up by the employee whose pay is under the minimum wage.
