My alignment this the company is great but I only receive 3% merit increase. People with poor alignment may get 0-1%. There should be more incentive/compensation for those who are very strong alignment.

Our salary is low compare to other same industry company at same area Benefit is just not achieve so call leading company, should increase Basic Salary and more benefit or increase value of current benefit to stay competitive with other company and global inflation

1) The starting pay for fresh graduate is not compatible with industry. 2) There is 1 year the increment % have been affected by the minimum wage policy, existing employee is getting less due to the % of increment has been taken up by the employee whose pay is under the minimum wage.

Mainly company should provide CAB facilities for their employees. Now a days service based companies itself started providing Cab facility benefits for employees, But here that is no benifits and management should desire to give at least half early bonus for employees.
