For our division the work life balance at the company is great although I do some disparities between roles. Knowles is overall a good company to work for. They are trying to adjust to meet culture standards and requirements, but could do a much better job at improving things.

I have a great team and I'm involved in many critical projects driving our division's well being and growth.

My team is open and purpose driven. This makes aligning our projects to personal growth very easy as a manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The willingness for improvement and open communication. Many in the leadership team are understanding that we have human needs / families and are flexible to cater to employees well being.
