I started out at the bottom counting metalized standoffs 20 years ago. I have had every opportunity to cross train and learn all that I can about the different departments within the company and worked my way to production supervisor. The company has a real "family" feel to it.

My team and the support system that we have in place.

Every year, the HR department does everything they can to ensure the lowest cost to the employees out of pocket for insurance.

Despite being a world wide company, the senior leadership team takes the time to get to know each and every individual within KPD.

Many of the people employed here have been with the company for a long time, so they have extensive knowledge in their field.

The management team does an outstanding job at ensuring employee buy in and allowing the team to take ownership in their perspective areas.
