Overall experience has always been good with some issues that come with compensation and bonuses. Managers should automatically push for better benefits and comp for their employees if they notice exceptional work ethic. All in all, experience has been good but can be better.

When we collaborate and come up with new ideas with even the smallest of things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is fast paced and can be slow at times which is a good balance of pace and can keep work interesting always. There is hardly any micromanagement which is good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always helpful and will provide proper guidance when needed. Knowledgeable in terms of the products and process and can collaborate easily with them when it comes to new technology.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay as per market rate would be great on an average and if the employee is doing a great job then definitely should pay above market rate. Should also involve employees in stock options and provide more vacations since people tend to work 10 to 12 hour days due to colleagues in other countries.
