Open minded, give the emerging leaders an opportunity to speak up or at least be part of the decision making, make this a two-way street conversation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The Work life balance concept does not exist today. Needs to change. Knowles people are great but it is evident that the leadership needs to change their mindset or a the next wave of leaders need to be identified.
