The leadership team seems to allow freedom to solve problems without micro-management while still projecting the overall goals of the company / teams.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers are open to new ideas, and willing to work collaboratively without letting individual pride get in the way. Great place to solve problems together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Half day fridays are best - it is nice to get paid one friday, then get a half day the next - always something to look forward to during the week.
