There are challenges with every organization. I am very pleased with how challenges are understood and addressed within Knowles. Hero's do not seem to pop up, you can easily see a team effort in solving all issues.

The culture in general is very positive. everyone is helpful and everyone is motivated to win!

The empower team members to make their own decisions and there seems to be strong trust from the leadership team
