getting the job done, whether that is designing a filter or testing a unit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all very easy going, positive attitudes and have common interests outside of work. We are all do-ers and get the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My alignment this the company is great but I only receive 3% merit increase. People with poor alignment may get 0-1%. There should be more incentive/compensation for those who are very strong alignment.
