I feel valued, heard, and equal! I enjoy what I do and the people I work with. My main complaint is one-person departments, or how often progress is dependent on a single employee. Things are thrown in disarray or stop dead if Document Control or the Engineering manager takes a day off.

Everyone is friendly, or at least civil when they don't agree. You can ask anyone for help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees and semi-casual vibe. People can laugh and joke around occasionally while working, and no one is a total jerk.
