What makes you most happy at work?
I am paid very well and so is my team. We enjoy providing a top-quality product to our customers.
Hands down, it is the people.

When i can work without management
The people I work with and the work I get to do
The people I work with
Friendly co-workers makes me the most happy at work.
Staying busy and getting things done
Just going use to make me happy but now I dread it
The available time i can be there through out the week
Having the latitude to do my job with minimal oversight.
Helping customers solve their issues and make someone's day
Being able to see directly my impact.
The work I do makes the day go fast. Also enjoy working relationships.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This company needs to stop msking decisions in emotion and focus on business strategies. Maybe don't create a hostile work environment...
No one seems to care about the motto "delight the customer"
Supply chain issues, quality issues, weak management incompetent business decisions.
The communication between office workers and floor workers is horrible. Like managers do not tell us everything we need to know. We end up finding out from other workers in other depts
