Not a good place to work at any level of the organization. Thd turnover is extremely high because ince they get your knowledge they immediately discard you. Only yhe union workers and kohler family members have longevity here.

They give you fair pay to hire you, but you will never see a reasonable increase.

Horrible culture. You will be thrown undee a bus by someone to either protect themselves or to try and get ahead.

This company needs to stop msking decisions in emotion and focus on business strategies. Maybe don't create a hostile work environment...
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Only kohler family members snd family friends have job security. A commin saying is "you're always one meeting away from getting fired" meaning a family member could have a bad day and they can just take it out on you. Zero job security.
