What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Only kohler family members snd family friends have job security. A commin saying is "you're always one meeting away from getting fired" meaning a family member could have a bad day and they can just take it out on you. Zero job security.

Communication. Listening to their team who has been there longer.

Stop pushing for more. Honesty is not existing

Value the associates and SMEs.

They need to hire competent people and get rid of the pretenders.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When i was hired i had a set of responsibilities but over time those responsibilities have grown and grown and the compensation increase is barely keeping up with inflation.

They give you fair pay to hire you, but you will never see a reasonable increase.

Pay equity . Pay fairly for what you expect

I'm part time so I don't get benefits.

No career development and no personal growth.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Stop thinking they are something special and can do what they want and get away with it

Not lashout in anger, not talk about other coworkers.

Horrible culture. You will be thrown undee a bus by someone to either protect themselves or to try and get ahead.

Supervisors that hold themselves and their workers accountable.

Continue to work towards a constructive and collaborative culture

The company needs to listen to subject matter experts. The need to stop forcing ideas down from the top instead listen to the subject matter experts that do the work every day

This company needs to stop msking decisions in emotion and focus on business strategies. Maybe don't create a hostile work environment...

No one seems to care about the motto "delight the customer"

Supply chain issues, quality issues, weak management incompetent business decisions.

The communication between office workers and floor workers is horrible. Like managers do not tell us everything we need to know. We end up finding out from other workers in other depts
