What do you like best about the leadership team?
local leadership is open and transparent even when things are tough
People and customers first. Not afraid to work as a team.
They are always on top of the situation and find creative ways to keep the business moving. Likeable people when they get along with each other.
Wants to take care of the customer with a winning attitude.
sustainability is one of the main goal of the group.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
every thing from head to toe
Stop changing the organization every 6 months. You've made so many changes, it's not the same company anymore.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Minimal out of pocket. Package overall better than any other company.
Participating in the wellness program can reduce the cost of benefits. Konecranes pays lower than average wages compared to other companies. They need to be more encouraging of time-off and personal well-being. You can only sprint for so long.

i am getting paid less, but work more than my manager
What are some of the best things about your team?
Help each other out as a team.
Most everyone is cheerful and willing to help. Higher turnover means there are a lot more questions/guidance which can cause a lot of people to want to ignore your questions. Learning what everyone does is quite a task.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respectful teammates willing to help out.
Warm and friendly. Our office is spacious with plenty of light. Salaried and hourly office workers are extended a lot of flexibility for personal tasks, etc.
The guys i work with. Management is incompitent and lies to us
diversity is appreciated, not that strong hierarchy. the management frequently communicates to employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
to change the management team
Complete management change at the corporate level. Total joke of VP's running this company that lead/manage by fear.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was friendly and light-hearted. For those interviewing....a lot of management won't have a good idea/feel for the position. Be honest about your experience and give off a good vibe.

nothing we can do because we're not allowed to voice out
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing tasks and receiving good feedback.
interesting tasks, the company values align with my own, colleagues are lovely, I feel like I can have an impact on our business, I can participate to trainings internal and external, no micro-managing, my manager trusts me to do my job, as a young professional I'm still equally appreciated.
