have team building sessions -so that we can build each other up-But here the Management gossip with co-workers
Co-workers are very good. We try to help each other because the duties/responsibilities at Konica are too much. The pay is good, but not enough for what we do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improve remote working, let people stay at home and find a balance between work and family. No need to command and control attitude if the emploeeys are motivated
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Informing the person what the specific job will involve. Now when the person start.....you employed as secretary.....but have to do Service controllers work as well.

Help Management improve-Team building session-Give training.Employ more people
Management has failed time and time again to stop the internal abuse and violations of their own policies, the grunts are always the ones to bare the greed & faults of those at the top. You need to be at the top of the food chian here in order to survive
More value to employees, specially to those new employees that are just adapting to the pressure of this company.
