- What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to focus on more professional clients. The system sounds good in theory but ends up being like you're in a vice.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?In terms of designers, our work as artist are already regarded as lesser. Konsus' clients and project managers feel even less so.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?We are all kind of thrown together like sardines on this site and somehow we never really get to work with each other by choice. Not sure.
