This was once a stable, committed team, and that loyalty still exists. But the acquisition has introduced a culture of fear that is quietly eroding what made this place work. Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raises in years, with pay already 15% below market rate. Fair, transparent compensation reviews and merit-based raises would go a long way
