What makes you most happy at work?The benefits and work life balance (which might not last long with recent changes. recent acquisition)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Genuine autonomy and independence: you're trusted to do your job well with the right tools. The benefits package is solid, and the 4-day work week (while it lasts: this might go away soon with the recent acquisition) has been a real quality-of-life boost plus very minimal internal meetings.
What are some of the best things about your team?Autonomous, collaborative, and genuinely talented.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?No raises in years, with pay already 15% below market rate. Fair, transparent compensation reviews and merit-based raises would go a long way
What does the leadership team need to get better at?This was once a stable, committed team, and that loyalty still exists. But the acquisition has introduced a culture of fear that is quietly eroding what made this place work. People haven't left, but they've pulled back. The focus shouldn't be on retention numbers; it should be on whether people act
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Growth. The company is young and small. Will come with time.
