Kum & Go Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

every part of it, honestly!

Review from Sales Dept

I like how the price is fair.

I liked the idea of having dental and vision while only being part-time. Definitely a plus.

The pay was pretty nice, but its great overall honwstly.

I really do not just have one thing. All of it is good.

We have great benefits. I have no complaints there.

The coverage is good but employees pay too large of a portion of their pay to have it

I know what I am paid every week and I get bonuses quarterly and annually

Paid time off vision and medical

The Christmas fund is helpful

Paid time off and bonuses

The growth that has happened in the last few years.

Benefits is offered to all employees

401k and 14 PTO days

they provide good insurance and benefits

Be health and vision insurance

Review from Operations Dept

The Christmas Club is a great and easy way to pre-plan for the holidays.

Review from Customer Support Dept

That I get paid weekly and benefits were made available right away

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Does not apply to me at this time

Evenly dispersed work between management and hourly associates.

i feel undervalued because i get paid minium wage and i have to split it with my coworkers to not get fired and i get no benifits my cowerks are "charity workers" but I HAVE TO PAY THEM

The amount of drama and other crap I have to deal with on a daily basis is terrible and I don't get paid enough to have to deal with it

Review from Sales Dept

Our insurance for a family costs me 125$ a week, plus additional funds for dental and vision. Also compensate the ones who stay 2+years to retain them

When given a raise it should be immediately not 4 months to take affect. Never got my bonuses i was promised

Having no benefits despite the fact that I work 30 hours a week or more and it would make me feel better if I got hazard pay for having to work while wearing a mask.

Review from Sales Dept

When I can go to another company and make the same or more with better benefits it is so hard to stay. The only thing I enjoy is the set schedules.

Review from Sales Dept

I was treated like garbage. Dont want anything from your company except to see employment change because that store was amazing a couple years ago. And now they talk and treat their customers and coworkers like trash

I feel they should be paying sales associates at least 14 to 15 an hour

Understanding others and actually hearing them out!

Review from Sales Dept

That people that just start shouldnt be getting paid what people that have been there almost 2 years

Better pay and to be able to handle issues when management is not there

Review from Customer Support Dept

Not a good environment for anyone except the owner.

Stock in the company is not available and medical insurance is very expensive

Review from Operations Dept

They do not offer any benefits, only a paid birthday.

Review from Operations Dept

Horrible don’t work there ever

Review from Sales Dept

Better benefits and higher pay
