The leadership is ok but definitely could use some work

We need employees who want to work and who will have fun and make it to where people and customers want to interact with them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of drama and other crap I have to deal with on a daily basis is terrible and I don't get paid enough to have to deal with it
