My customers are the only thing i enjoy at my homestore.

They need to actually do their jobs and come to work when schedule instead of calling in constantly or just standing around.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need better pay for what is expected of us and to be able to to hire people more equipped for the job roles.
