So far it has been a very hectic process of people being ill prepared and just over all disorganization while trying to claim things will get better and that things are being put into place to fix the situation. I guess only time will tell.

The company is very customer focused and tries it's best to give a good and consistent customer experience

That the conversation flow during the interview was consistent and was natural. It didn't feel focused for or overly prompted.
