Judgment on others and rumors at store 413. Not being reasonable with customers and especially when banned for no good reason.

Feeling comfortable at times. Easy work when your not doing all the chores or being told by coworkers to do this and that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working as a team and being friendly. Store 413 is cruel to some customers. They also talk bad about them. I’ve heard them call people name
