High pay to long time employees
Pension which isn't offered by most
Pension benefit - fully vested at 5 years!

Pay what other Companies pay, low pay for the amount of work!

Very smart and caring about products
Everyone know what they need to do

Upper staff does nothing to fix problems.

they continue to strive in the face of adversity

Less bureaucratic and more efficient pioneer spirit.

Thorough and to the point
That its a two way interview the focus is not just me being a fit for the company/team but the company/team being a fit for me.
Met with many people - really got a good preview of the team I would be supporting.
