What do you like best about the leadership team?Friendly and easy to approach.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Wages are awful and morale is low. Increase pay and let employees know we are doing a good job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The co workers neec to show up for work and take ownership in the job. I guess its hard to do on 14 dollars an hour.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They need to pay a living wage. No one can make a living on what they pay.
