As the operations manager, you hire your front desk staff, janitorial, and kids klub attendants, so if you hire competent people you at least can look forward to seeing them.
Its been very challenging and rewarding because I am able to help people and work on a team. There's something special about going to work and seeing dozens of the same people you see everyday. You build relationships and quickly grow to cherish them. I'm happy to be a part of the company.
