The videos and training calls
The interview was very fast, i was hired on the spot
They ask questions to get to know you better and it leaves you feeling like you made a friend
The person who interviewed me was nice. She quit her job unfortunately.
It was honestly just very easy. I did not get questioned much, it was really just the manager describing the job to me and asking my availability.

It wasn't as extreme as it seemed
My manager at the time was very even keeled. Very personable and treated me as though I was a valuable asset. He invited constructive questions about the company and didn't get caught up in details.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to hire people that are aware of our pay, which is not enough.
Have time to intetview and meet withb everyone in person

Stop hiring unprofessional pricks without fully knowing who youre putting in that spot
Don't make the interview all about compensation. They didn't even ask me any questions on my qualifications, what I expect of the company, etc.
Criminal background checks on all new managers
I wish I would have known about a forthcoming club closure.
Everything about this company is terrible. I was hired on with the promise of a raise and promotion. After a week of being hired was told that is not going to happen.
Barely talked to me, I just started working w barely any explanation on tasks required of me, no heirarchy of management explained, just random coworkers bossing me around and telling me inconsistent things
They straight up lies about the pay and opportunity/time frame to move up in the company.
They hire anybody and everybody.
