I have had very minimal interactions with the leadership team, so it would be hard for me to say what I like best

We had a great manager who was a great leader but was let go because la fitness doesnt like change and thats not ok

I loved my direct group fitness manager, however she was recently let go due to differences of opinion with corporate.

Professionalism, experience,they need to show that they care more than just their paycheck and their bonuses

Honesty, integrity, and to simply do the right thing for their employees. Especially us trainers because we provide a certified service amongst those that invest more on themselves with this company.

stop being chilidsih and causing drama

professionalism and fairness , bending of the rules yo better fit their narative and accountability

Communication, organization, detailed training, friendlier management and staff members

Constructive criticism rather than publicly shaming employees. Rude and unprofessional communications are a huge problem.

Speaking to their employees directly instead of passing on the message and being passive aggressive.

Handling the manager not just based off their sales. They need to hold them accountable for managerial and personal skills as well as sales numbers.

Empathy and consideration for employees

Being personal and not asking employees to cover other jobs when assigned job gets paid less

Need better pay, benefits, schedule for employees and more accountability for bad behavior.
