La Senza has no respect for the associates in the stores. They hire new girls instead of promoting from within. HR is ineffective and disappointing at best. Gossip and drama is inevitable as a employee, it's a mentally draining company.
Positive to customers with nice aesthetic, but the management was catty. Long hours and you were expected to get a call and feel more willing to come in.
