Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To me, the VP and higher management did well with giving reasonable compensation to positions, district managers did well with organization, store managers were trying their best, co- management was able to build rapport and act as the middle man between leadership and associates.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciating their employees. Not denying sick calls. Less gossip.
Leadership needs to follow through on investigations and follow up on concerns, and improve on their communication to lower levels, as all employees in a small store with small staff should be kept updated in the company's goal. HR needs to show that they will attempt to solve the problem.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Didnt receive my package to enroll in the mail
they paid my severance to leave because certain people didn't fit the mold
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not receive stocks or compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are friendly and always do their best with what they have. No complaints really about the other employees.
The team aside from management is amazing. Everyone works hard and loves helping people. We all get along great and have the same opinions about our workplace
The best thing about La Senza for me is my amazing, hardworking coworkers. Them and the pay is the only reason I don't quit.
We would role play customer interactions --- especially in meetings, but also daily.
The team that was left and the team that was there is incredible

Most positive would be how coworkers interact with each other in a friendly and inviting manner.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Be better people... more caring/considerate of the people under you.
Caring more about workers rights
The leadership has changed since the President was fired.. But the team has been left in limbo since the company was sold
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy to deal with with prdvious managment
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop hiring everybody on the spot. Just because they give you a good feeling, doesnt mean anything. Our turnover rate is insanely high because of this practice. Everybody gets hired unless the manager doesnt like you as a person
Let others conduct interview -- 1 day with manager another day with a manager at a different store or DM -- every-time
They expect the best but won't compensate for talent
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers find their bras. Its rewarding and a great feeling. Nothing, aside from that. Its always panic and stress.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers no longer wish to shop, causing huge decrease in store traffic for all stores. Priced too high and some staff scare them out
They need to respect the lower leveled employees.
