LEADERSHIP. They provide no direction, mentorship, or two way communication. They take no accountability. They are quick to throw a party and do all the "cute" things to look like they are a progressive organization however when you peel back the onion they are "OLD SCHOOL"
The people that manage it and communicate with the employees.

The team provides support when needed and works together well to achieve the goals established.
They are driven by management to view new employees and outsiders as people that are not to be trusted. This establishes "silos" where little cross support takes place.
The interest the management has to provide many opportunities for each employee to advance.
Mutual Respect & trust
Accountability at the upper management level. They must feel like they have a responsibility to "make it happen"

Too many politics. The "good old boy" attitude where one manager covers for another and none of them accept responsibility when things don't go as planned.
