Our leaders care about our personal and professional growth. HR team is the very best - they check in and make sure we are getting the support in growth pathing, training, constantly improving our benefits and most importantly they just care. Our New President really cares and also has helped!

We have a comprehensive benefit program- Although I don't use them all we have a robust package - Medical, Vision Dental, EAP, HSA, FSA lots of supplemental policies, great PTO and week between Christmas and New year's off , Birthday off

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They do not compensate for which state you are working from, instead, they compensate based on where their head quarters is located in Florida. Management does not care what you have to say about issues that arise and once they realize management is the problem with Lamark then things can change.

Leadership still uses the motto "that's agency life" as an excuse for no work-life balance. No real room for growth. Old school work in house mentality.

HR was fantastic- they made the initial interaction amazing - She prepared me for the interview by explaining clearly what they were looking for and how I could grow. the rest of the process was as good.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We work in a fishbowl on top of each other. No privacy and extremely loud. Unless you're in client services, it's not an ideal working environment.
