We have a comprehensive benefit program- Although I don't use them all we have a robust package - Medical, Vision Dental, EAP, HSA, FSA lots of supplemental policies, great PTO and week between Christmas and New year's off , Birthday off

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They do not compensate for which state you are working from, instead, they compensate based on where their head quarters is located in Florida. Management does not care what you have to say about issues that arise and once they realize management is the problem with Lamark then things can change.

Leadership still uses the motto "that's agency life" as an excuse for no work-life balance. No real room for growth. Old school work in house mentality.
