Constructive Feedback From Landmark Structures Employees

  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Micromanagement at its best. Do not promote a constructive or collaborative atmosphere. Petty. Inflexible. Love to blame predecessors for why things are failing now and how everything was done wrong before they arrived.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a smaller sized company, employees often do more than their job title implies. Despite the cut to the corporate tax rate, most employees havent received any bonus or salary increases as a result. Bonuses and salary increases do not keep up with standard of living, are subjective and infrequent.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company is experiencing growing pains. There was a major setback several years ago. The company refocused and is growing again. But seems to be struggling learning from its past.
