What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fair and transparent , they put all measures to follow when solving any issue or grievance among staff
They actually truly care about each individual who either works for or does programs with us.
The best quality about the leadership team is the level of commitment and cooperation everyone has. Additionally, everyone respects one another.
They are very cooperative and hard working
Super supportive of employees, constantly looking for ways to help employees succeed!

I live all the options

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a PRN employee and would like to have annual raises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their commitment to people and what matters to them
Everyone is professional but are also friendly and we are able to hang out as a group after hours. Good communication skills and dedication.
Collaboration is encouraged and rewarded
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve their communication skills
The therapy team and I work well together. The other staff does not seem to have the patients well being in mind and often time do not perform their job duties.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company employs people from different countries but all are treated same nomatter where your come from
There is no judgements you get to be your best self.

Supportive work environment, leaders honestly like to see their employees succeed in their positions. Strong workers are acknowledged and rewarded for their efforts in many different ways including compensation and perks!
I enjoy working with the therapy team and it is an upbeat atmosphere.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The roll play and the introduction of your self infront of all the people who came for interviews
I liked how thorough it was and I felt like I was made to feel very valuable
They seemed nice and were very understanding
comfortable and friendly surroundings, honesty was encouraged
