Mr. Michael K. Kneller has been Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Landstar System Inc. since June 1, 2005. Mr. Kneller is responsible for all of Landstar 's legal matters as well as Human Resources and Corporate Communications. He served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Landstar Logistics Inc. Prior to joining Landstar in 2005, Mr. Kneller served as a Corporate Attorney at the New York law firm of Debevoise and Plimpton LLP. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Kneller holds an Undergraduate Degree from Yale University and a Law Degree from Stanford University.
