We're friendly and goofy and look out for each other.

I'd like to see more modern HR benefits and I'd like the senior leadership team to stop blocking progress

They were open to working with my schedule and figuring out how I might be a good fit for the company
What makes you most happy at work?
I like having a clear vision for success, the independence and room to be creative and make things happen and collaboration with like-minded peers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get frustrated at the lack of advancement opportunities and the inflexibility around remote work. They recently adjusted salaries to be more market level which helps.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to let go of old-fashioned thinking around work and benefits. We talk a lot about change management and the future of work, but we ourselves are not good at practicing it.
