Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some people don't think the other gender can do things like the other gender.. they are getting over on people and they need to do better with compensation.
I work 7 days a week low oay no health benefits no sick time vacation time
I mean you get paid whatever... regardless of what youve done or what youre capable of i guess people can negotiate, but pretty stingy nonetheless
The way they talk to you
All the managers do is micromanage everybody
The money isn't good anymore due to cut times and lesser trucks with fewer packages
Actually be treated like a person. Be appreciated over your work.

If they would have paid me without me having to have a hassle to get my money in them not acting confused

They ask us to be on time 6am and they open whenever they feel like, then we have to deliver all the packages the same day it doesn't matter if is late night. So they don't value our time.
I can almost make more money at a minimum wage job
