That I get to serve a customer there goods. There goods should be delivered in a professional manner. Again go on Google and read the reviews on lasership this can be fixed. It's going to take time to fix. With the correct leadership and employees. Employees that care about their jobs.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Many packages are damaged so the way inventory is being handled could change
Communication needs to happen. One rule for calling out not several notes posted all over this is how to do it. I was falsely fired because of those two reasons. Plus the manager who fired me was always nasty towards me one time I said hello n he said "don't say hello to me!"

Human resources is the problem people not getting paid on time i been waiting 3 weeks for a pay check
Lasership has been accused of stolen packages for a long time. They barely have any marketing strategies. No one knows who we are. The owners of this private company must mot care a great deal
Management is the main issue
Drivers always messing up deliveries, damaged products, theft, appearance. It all needs to change
They can get the information that the drivers need to deliver their packages correctly
Eveverything is outdated and unsafe.
Route better, get an app that actually works
stop taking the route for the drivers anytime you feel like it and give them their contract for the route that they are working
