What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop gossiping like high school kids and get to work. Learn your job and actually DO IT! Too much fraternizing. Also, some staff are extremely rude and use foul language at other employees. Richmond, VA staff are very unorganized and the GM is stealing money.
