Some people don't think the other gender can do things like the other gender.. they are getting over on people and they need to do better with compensation.
I work 7 days a week low oay no health benefits no sick time vacation time
I mean you get paid whatever... regardless of what youve done or what youre capable of i guess people can negotiate, but pretty stingy nonetheless

Attitudes from management needs to change and others need to respect the authoritative roles

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Many packages are damaged so the way inventory is being handled could change
Communication needs to happen. One rule for calling out not several notes posted all over this is how to do it. I was falsely fired because of those two reasons. Plus the manager who fired me was always nasty towards me one time I said hello n he said "don't say hello to me!"
