What is the best part about your compensation package?

My job as online student advisor at Laureate Education has no health care benefits and pays less than my primary job as recycle sorter at the waste facility but I can work at Laureate Education in the evenings.

Overall value is very high

They offer great benefits and the compensation is fair for the work we do.

Team members are conscientious and they care, but senior management takes us for granted.

We are virtually anonymous so we don't gossip

The small intra-departmental meetings are effective and productive. The large all-hands meetings are a waste of time, a webinar or video conference would be more effective.
