They use intrusive spyware to track "productivity." Such an out of touch, and utterly inaccurate way to evaluate employees. Grossly underpay compared to other tech companies. Average or below average benefits, PTO, etc. Management is largely filled with "yes" people who lack critical thinking.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop micomanaging, stop spying, trust employees are adults. If there are problem people, then actually performance manage them - it's hard but, guess what, that's your job.
