A smooth workday, with opportunities to enjoy a break here and there. More importantly whenever the team is focused on our company goal and meeting our customers where they need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the benefits could be a bit better. I believe having a wellness program would be awesome. I know other companies do gas stipends. Maybe something along those lines. Overall the benefits are awesome!
