What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is casual, everyone know their role, the communication is open and everyone is very approachable.
Everyone is very friendly and supportive of each other.
I would definitely say the good vibes from everyone and everyones desire to see our product succeed and the customers have the best experience.
We have a real sense of the impact we're having on our customers and our industry with the work we do. That's something that is emphasized daily.
There is freedom to be yourself!
Still a small company where the CEO/Founder is building 1on1 relationships with the team, hopping on calls and joining deal cycles. Everyone is eager to learn and grow within the company.
