Lawmatics is an exciting place to be! I love the product, the company, the team and the clients. The day to day experience and interactions make me look forward to go to work.

We strive to provide not only the beat service and product to our customers, but also have a great plave to work. Work and life balance is great! Our entire team is full of energy and always helps eachother when needed.

I have loved working at Lawmatics. From the very start I have been welcomed with open arms and was able to easily settle in with awesome training. Everyone has a strong work mentality but we always make sure to have balance by having fun, whether that's in the office or going out to lunch/dinner!

I believe the benefits could be a bit better. I believe having a wellness program would be awesome. I know other companies do gas stipends. Maybe something along those lines. Overall the benefits are awesome!

Salary is competitive and exactly what I was looking for

I feel that the effort and work we put in is vastly undermined by our compensation. The same positions are other companies are paid higher, our compensation is below average.

The team is vibrant, committed, knowledgeable, always willing to go above and beyond to help out if needed, everyone is friendly and respectful. Truly a pleasure to contribute with!

The interviewers were friendly, asked genuine questions and made me feel welcome and comfortable. They conducted the interview in a conversational approach with clear communication. The time frame the entire process was carried was also very efficient.

It was quick! The interviews themselves were pretty lengthy, but the overall process was smooth and fast. A breath of fresh air compared to other companies that have 5-6 rounds of interviews.

Focused on practical problem solving.

The communication was quick, simply well spoken, and punctual when it cane to meetings and calls.

It wasn't needlessly complicated but focused on tech assessments that actually would be used on the job. I was able to get a good view of how it would be to work for my future boss.
