What is the best part about your compensation package?
401K was a great addition! I love having the extra holidays that were recently added, as well as having my birthday off as well!

I believe the benefits could be a bit better. I believe having a wellness program would be awesome. I know other companies do gas stipends. Maybe something along those lines. Overall the benefits are awesome!

I feel that the effort and work we put in is vastly undermined by our compensation. The same positions are other companies are paid higher, our compensation is below average.
