It's good on paper- great name, decent salary and benefits, work/life balance is pretty good. However, the atmosphere is very stiff. There isn't much camaraderie or laughter, if any at all. It's a very cold environment, and it's hard to come in day in and day out without if affecting you.

22 paid days off per year after three years of service
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Morale is low. The energy is low. People don't talk on the 58th floor. It's a very depressing work environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management needs to bring a positive, can do attitude and honor requests from subordinates, not just scoff at them .
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The culture needs to change. It's very much a come in, do your job, and leave culture. No one really talks to each other. It's extremely quiet.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People don't bring their full selves to work each day and are rather guarded. It's hard to get to know people this way and makes for an uncomfortable work environment.
