positive reinforcement, being receptive to millennials
I do feel, I did best and contributed tons of tasks and projects apart from my day to day responsibilities but sadly my manager akways makes me demotivated and when i talk about my growth based on the contribution and perfomance and the turns away always.Management is super weak in this organization
People don't bring their full selves to work each day and are rather guarded. It's hard to get to know people this way and makes for an uncomfortable work environment.
Management/ managers need to listen the team they manage.
The management needs to bring a positive, can do attitude and honor requests from subordinates, not just scoff at them .

Morale is low. The energy is low. People don't talk on the 58th floor. It's a very depressing work environment.
The culture needs to change. It's very much a come in, do your job, and leave culture. No one really talks to each other. It's extremely quiet.
